Christopher J. Piekarski has been a Phoenix Bankruptcy Attorney since 1998. In that time he has personally filed thousand of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 case, helping those Arizona family obtain the debt relief and fresh start they deserve. Chris is originally from Chicago, Illinois. He attend the University of Illinois Chicago were he obtained a B.S. in Political Science and graduate school at Northeastern Illinois. He attended law school at California Western School of Law (J.D. 1998). Chris is a member of the Arizona State Bar, the Maricopa County Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He is also a member of the State Bar’s and County Bar’s Bankruptcy Sections.

Nathan J. Brelsford attended Arizona State University’s College of Business where he obtained a B.S. in Accountancy. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego (J.D. 2005). He is a member of the Arizona State Bar as well as the Maricopa County Bar Association and the National Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys. Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, Nathan has called Phoenix his home since 1999.
